135 bb deep. big flop vs aggro player postflop. standard stack off?

villain : 17/11 AF:12, his agression on flops was something like 6.0. Saw him rr wet-ish flops before but in those cases he was the agressor unlike in this spot where i opened up the action on the flop. we're pretty deep so i figured he might have rebluffed me here. dunno how wide he can be here. I'm anxious to know whether this was spew or not. thnx

the odds of him bluffing this board in a 3-way are slim to none, and there's not many draws he can have. if the SB is a fish it's best to call the first bet to keep them in. Stacking off with as much equity as you do vs 99+{-TT} can't be a mistake, but it may be more +EV to just call the flop (regardless of SB's fishiness)

Thnx Dozer i was basically thinking the same when reviewing the situation. I get a nice potsize on the turn with enuf stacks behind to get funky if i think he is weak enuf to fold to agression or i cna make a play on the riv if he checks one. yeah the sb being involved is probably even more awsome.thanks for the confirmation . I often feel that i ' ' overplay'' big situations like these. note to self : think more click less

Sounds pretty obvious, but it's worth repeating. You're not on your A game unless you're thinking through every decision carefully. It's tough to do for a sustained period, but with practice -- it becomes easier.

and as played, i agree calling is better then raise/call.

I normally 3bet pre here. As played I probably just call on the flop considering how deep it is and having position.

didn't 3 bet pre the dude was a nit pre but aggro post. I don't 3 bet just because it's a standard thing to do. especially not vs this guy having the suited version. I don't want him to fold pre having position on someone who is insanely agressive postflop. and i also agree calling is 10x better than raising here , cause my raise only makes worse hands folds except maybe a hand like KJ but that's about it.

if you aren't 3betting pre here then u certainly don't have the image to be inducing bullshit re-raises on this flop to make u feel comfortable getting this in given these positions.

no to forget mentioning he probably has very few worse draws he'd wanna play like this ur Kd is in fact, a significant blocker.

call flop at least the sb will have a wider range that includes more bs draws to potentially spew into u ur raise just iso's urself againt sets and then ur just calling to fold the turn 75% and making it obvious when u hit ur outs
