QQ facing huge 4 bet
UTG limper is a big fish - he was playing around 70% of hands and very station like post flop.
CO was 15/12/1.8 over 40 hands.
Guess he would have perceived me as a TAG, if he actually pays attention.
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
MP ($4.04)
CO ($5.70)
Button ($6.76)
SB ($2)
Hero (BB) ($6.23)
UTG ($7.86)
Preflop: Hero is BB with Q , Q
UTG calls $0.05, 1 fold, CO bets $0.25, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.85, UTG calls $0.80, CO raises to $3
Hero tanks:
Ok so I think CO will isolate UTG with a slightly wider range of hands than normal, but not really that much more than his VPIP.
Looking back at the hand I wonder if calling is better preflop so the fish stays in the pot and keeps both their ranges wide.
Anyway after 3 betting I was planning to shove over a 4 bet/call a shove, but after using pokerstove I'm slightly behind his 4 bet range {QQ+,AK}(comments on range}. Should I be trying to get QQ in preflop vs this kind of player or is 3bet/fold better?
