Default Fold QQ here after 4betting? 50NL

villain is 18/13ish tagg with a 3% 3bet and 0% squeeze after 400 plus hands.

How is my bet sizing? 4bet this spot always so the caller doesnt come along as well? He almost insta 5bet shove over my 4bet. Now fold?

Give him a range, but theres so much overlay you just about need to take all AK out to fold I think. 4 bet size seems smallish.
Just dipping my toes back in.

Don't 4b a value hand like QQ if you dont think you can get it in profitably in the situation.

Ahhh. So wat line should I have taken? Flatting and playing postflop?

In that sense, what do I do on a flop A or K high? And flops that are all blanks? Should I be shipping low flops?

This is the kind of spot where you can practically give an answer after reading the thread title and not even read the post.

Don't 4bet without a plan. If you're intending on 4bet/folding a hand as good as QQ, then your QQ might as well be 89o in this spot. You're rarely gonna get called after you 4bet, so you'll always be facing either folds or jams.

Flat QQ to squeeze, or happily 4bet/call off seem to be your only options here.

Here it is, both tommy Angelo and Samoleous say this is the golden rule of poker and the only never changing rule. Don't make a bet unless you know wht to do if your raised. What is your thought at this very time? It really matters.

Being IP flatting pre is prob your best option. Obv postflop depends on action, timing and sizing, be prepared to c/f most A/Kxx
