Default 100NL, JJ in a tough spot

villian is 17/15/6 over 550 hands. His 3 bet is 4% and cbet is 64%.
If i flat call his big cbet on this coordinated flop, i figure that i'm pot committed (more than 1/3 of my stack in the pot). Shove, call or fold? nitty weak fold preflop?

I think the decision is preflop and not much on the flop - your raise clearly looks like an iso-raise however you are being 3bet fairly large from someone OOP.
Id actually fold preflop or again consider a CiB. Im pretty sure you know you only get action on the flop from better hands and if opp bets flop he is auto shoving turn for sure IMO considering the pot size
