    Default 4NL too greedy?

Zero reads, villain has played 8 hands.

Boss Media (IPN) No-Limit Hold'em, $0.04 BB (5 handed) - BossMedia Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    Button ($4.07)
    SB ($5.97)
    Hero (BB) ($4.41)
    UTG ($1.02)
    MP ($4.27)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 6, 6
2 folds, Button bets $0.12, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.12

    Flop: ($0.26) 6, 10, 3 (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $0.16, Hero calls $0.16

    Turn: ($0.58) A (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $0.24, Hero raises to $1.30, 1 fold

    Total pot: $1.06 | Rake: $0.10

Okay here's my analysis. I like my pre call. I like the flop check as his the pfr and its headsup. I hate my turn raise but at that instance felt that if he had an Ace I should be juicing the pot.. got a bit greedy i guess w the sizing.

My line should either be c/call, c/call, c/rai if this was my agenda here and not get greedy on turn.

If i'm raising turn should've raised flop instead...... ?

You have to put in a raise at some point if you want his stack, looks fine to me. You wouldn't hate your turn raise if he shoved riiiiiiiiiiiiightttttt?

calling pre for set value=too greedy
c/c'ing flop as slow play=too greedy
c/r'ing 5x's his bet when his bet sizing tells me that he hates the A=too greedy

i think most of my money from <10nl came from leading flops when i have pretty much the nuts, so my standard play is to bet like .18 on the flop and try to ship it as fast as possible

also, this works especially well when you weren't the pfr. nobody seems to give you credit when you donk into the raiser

certainly not always a bad idea. i like to have reads that either he's passive enough that i can't trust him to bet himself or that he's aggro and will get angry enough to throw his own poop if you donk into him.

this board is one of the last candidates to make this play on, though because we're getting value out of like AT. also it's not the end of the world if villain checks behind on this board because there are zero scare cards in the deck

    wtf?!

PF = fine. You can ditch if you want but you're nice and deep.
Flop = good. I would never raise this flop. Wtf do you think you're getting paid by if you raise here?
Turn the raise is too big. His small bet suggests he doesnt like the ace. You could almost not raise here, but if you call he's unlikely to bet the river if you check to him, and no more likely to call a river bet than a turn raise, so like gmml says, you probably should raise here. Not so much though, I might make it $1 even. If he calls that you have a $2.60 pot with around $2.80 behind, so you can bet something like $1.40 on the river and get called by most of what he calls turn with. Doesnt get his whole stack, but gets a fairly nice pot.
Just dipping my toes back in.

How many pairs does he have? Theres rarely a reason to slowplay in micro's but this is just dumb if you expect to get stacks in the middle on this flop very often.

no but it's not like they're folding any pocket pair or ten
now come turn, they'll be like oh shit he got an ace and fold

Ahh, so its bad to call when thats the best option on the flop, because an ace is going to hit the turn and he wont have one and that kills our action?

Superb, why didnt I see that...

Not to mention he's opening from the button. For my thoughts on this hand, read bjsaust's replies. It's just a shame he didn't have an ace.

Theres a ton of aces in his turn range maybe less with that bet size, but still - raise makes perfect sense. I think you're results orientated about your own play without even realising it.

I think raising flop is decent aswell sicne you'll get action from 10s overpairs and other pairs. I think saying all pairs willcall a raise on this flop is a little optimisitc even at these stakes so I prefer to raise turn.

What I prefer even more is donking this turn sicne often if he has an ace he'll go "uhuhuhuh what an idiot trying to pratendz hez got ace wen itz me dats got it - MIN RAISE." I'd donk close to pot to set up a big river bet.

the preflop call is fine. i would have bet the flop. Then bet pot on the turn and shoved the river.
