Let's see some reads and/or stats and/or what you think his entire range is through the entire hand, then we can talk.

i know that the flop is rainbow, but there are still so many cards that can come on the turn that make you feel not so good about your hand. plz don't bet <1/2 PSB on this flop.

The right situation (aka reads/stats/etc) can make this bet fine, which is an example of why it's so important to have these things.

yeah, but in absence of those, I think these low flops should be nearly potted if you're going to bet them at all
the flop texture is such that he will peel with his pps, possibly gutshots and ace highs

again, that's going off the assumption we have no reads

In this had I imagine who he had a straight draw and not do it and bluff in last hand I was payed the bb or raised it. I don't have anykind of the player this is not easy but can help you to take the correct decision.
Many possiblilities is in this case top pair and Ace (AJ- Pair and draw and 02 pairs and others)

Obv, just putting emphasis on how relatively useless it is to post HHs without giving some sort of reads or that you have no reads.
