Default An honorable fairwell to dranger! Ooh Rah

Well if I am not mistaken our friend dranger will not be with us much longer as he has an extended vacation planned. Seems young Dustin Dranger is going off to defend our (at least he and I's) country so I thought I would say "See ya later little net buddy!" I wish you all the best and look forward to your return. You've progressed very well with your game and I am sure you will continue to do so upon your return.
Dranger Sir take pride in your mission as it is one which is very honorable. As a very proud american I want to thank you for your service!

    *cries*

Thanks guys, seriously. I appreciate this.

Ill, you best be pwning da 50enels and hopefully be up to 100nl by the time I get back, that way I have a bit of challenge before I catch up.

Harley, stay tough man, you have the drive to do well in this game. Just hang in there, you'll be whoopin' on 10nl+ in no time dude. Just keep posting them hands, reviewing ur sessions, and hitting up stax, spoon, and others in IRC and you'll have plenty to teach me by the time I get back.

Stax, shit, EVERYONE at FTR, I'll miss this place (and of course all of you :P) for the next 3 months. Y'all better be tearing shit up when I get back.

I think its actually going to be a REALLY good thing for me take this "break," tho. I'm going to come back hungrier for dem cheeps then ever, and eager to learn as always.

Again guys, I really appreciate everything you all have done for me. I would never have come even CLOSE to this without FTR. You best still be around in 3 months when I be gettin' back. Then I can show you mah crazy ninja skillz.

    Bye for now, all!

I don't know you too well either, but you've been very helpful to many players and followed plenty of ops. You'll be missed in the forums while you're gone. Good luck and thank you for your service to our country.

    OOOOHRAH Dranger.
The Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which unskilled individuals suffer from illusory superiority, mistakenly rating their ability much higher than average. This bias is attributed to a metacognitive inability of the unskilled to recognize their mistakes

Oh I didn't find this page until now. Have "fun" dude. Enjoy the experience, because it should be a life changing one. Hopefully I'll be at or past your level when you get back
    OP: Beginner to Master

If I bet as a bluff, I should be thinking "am I getting better hands to fold? Is it likely that he will fold x% of the time to a y sized bet to make it +EV?". If I bet for value, I should be thinking "am I getting worst hands to call? Am I ahead of enough of his range that this is a good value bet?".
