    Default Good bluff line?

I didn't have enough hands on this player to get a good read but I thought... It was a good line. How could I have better represented a flush here. During the hand I actually put my opponent on AdJ. As when I led into him on the turn I was trying to represent the flush. When he cold called I thought he might have the ace of that suit and be drawing.

Should my turn bet been a check raise or bigger? And should my river bet been bigger?

Well you could have check/raised the turn and pushed the river... but then again you might have ended up losing more money. This line will work against regs at higher limits, but without a read, these kinds of moves are usually -EV. Your screaming "Danger, leave now!" in a language your opponent's don't understand.
    Check out my self-deprecation here!

You're giving him great odds to call on this river. If we're really going to try to bluff a micro player off of TPTK I'd be betting at least $3.40. Whether he believes your line or not, he'll still almost always look you up getting nearly 3-1 imo.

A better line still is to just not do this. It's a spew at 10NL unless you have awesome reads that he's gppd enough to fold.

Let me throw a few points out here.

    1) I agree with the carrot in that you shouldn't try to "represent" anything at the $10 level unless you have a lot of hands with villain and know he is capable of laying down tptk or a str8 here.

    2) Why would you even try to represent a flush here? You have a decent hand that will showdown as a winner more often than not.

    3) if you REALLY did have a hand like ATs+ how would you have played this? My guess is that you would have c/r'd the flop, bet harder on the turn and pot bet (or larger) the river. In other words, if you REALLY want to represent a big hand here then you have to stop being a pussy and be willing to lose money when you are wrong and THEY have the hand you are trying to represent.

    4) Imo, by the river your line actually looks like a multi-way draw that missed.

    5) And finally PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me that you made a note on villain that he is willing to call down with tptk on very wet boards. This info alone could make and/or save you a lot of monies in th e future.
Poker is easy, it's winning at poker that's hard.

your hand has just enough showdown value to not turn it into a bluff

With so may people seeing the flop a check from OOP is good, however given the action behind you I would raise the button's bet, this will accomplishes a few things
    1. Prevent chasers from calling behind you
    2. Give you an indication of where you stand
    3. May win the pot on the flop which is a good result

On the turn I can see a reason for betting, but once you got called I think you want to check-call the river, it is very hard for me to see anything that you beat that will pay you off here
