Default Flopped flush draw in three way pot

I want to make sure my thinking is correct here. Please correct me if I'm off.

UTG+1 is a 58/7 limper/station. I've seen him play passively most of the time on the turn, but over-repping his hand is not out of the question. It happens more often than not in a multiway pot if he catches any piece of the flop

MP1 is 38/13/3. He calls wide and I've seen him shove with overs twice in a small sample of hands.

    $0.1/$0.25 No Limit Holdem
    9 players

    Stacks:
    UTG ($6.50)
    UTG+1 ($36.65)
    MP1 ($12.25)
    MP2 ($15.82)
    MP3 ($29.60)
    CO ($16.60)
    Hero (BTN) ($45.60)
    SB ($39.55)
    BB ($26.40)

    Pre-flop: ($0.35, 9 players) Hero is BTN
    2 folds, MP1 calls $0.25, MP2 raises to $1.10, 2 folds, Hero calls $1.10, 2 folds, MP1 calls $0.85

    Flop: ($3.65, 3 players)
    MP1 bets $3.65, MP2 goes all-in $14.72, Hero ???

Is calling here correct? I don't see UTG+1 folding with only $7.50 behind, but he's a donk so who knows. I'll be calling $14.72 into (probably) $29, giving me 2:1 implied pot odds, and two streets to hit with no future betting.

Question is, do you like to gamble?

1st problem: You're definitely behind, and your Q and J outs are very likely not good.
2nd problem: You're WAY behind if one of them has a flush draw also (not even to mention the A or K high FD)
3rd problem (or benefit): Calling means you'll have to show down, which also means that your two loosey gooseys will see that you're gambling also, so the action might get a little more crazy in the near future.

I like to gamble some times also, but this is a pretty standard fold man.
    Hey knucklehead! Bonk!

I'm probably folding this preflop (they aren't even at a full buy-in!),and I'm def folding this on the flop. A call here seems really marginal, but I don't have time to MacPokerStove it right now.

Why are you flaming someone who posts in the BC? Completely unacceptable.

OP ìsn't even asking about his pot odds, he knows them and included them in his post. He is in effect asking what the ranges of his opponents are. If you know what they are, then please help the guy out.

I recommend that you play around with pokerstove before you post. You need about 33% equity here and you probably have less than 30%.

I figured we have like 20% equity using sets/fd's for the donker and QQ+,AKdd,ATdd for the PFRer
