Default Three 4-bets vs the same guy

Villain ran 26/26 over 73 hands. When these hands occurred we didn't have more than 50 hands vs each other though. I actually didn't have my HUD up but from what I'd seen so far I was aware he's that classic product of 2p2 and video sites, 3-betting too much and trying to apply things where they do not apply. These first two hands happened one after another.

    UTG MammothTrap ($329.10)
    CO jonii60 ($203.00)
    BTN Hero ($256.15)
    SB HotMikeB ($168.40)
    BB NewMidas ($198.50)

    Pre-flop: ($3, 5 players) Hero is BTN
2 folds, Hero bets $6, 1 fold, NewMidas bets $18, Hero bets $50, NewMidas folds

    Final Pot: $77

    Hero wins $77 ( won $21 )
    NewMidas lost -$20.00

    CO Hero ($277.15)
    BTN HotMikeB ($167.40)
    SB NewMidas ($200.00)
    BB MammothTrap ($329.10)

    Pre-flop: ($3, 5 players) Hero is CO
1 fold, Hero bets $7, HotMikeB calls $7, NewMidas bets $35, 1 fold, Hero goes all-in $270.15, HotMikeB folds, NewMidas folds

    Hero wins $322.15 ( won $45 )
    HotMikeB lost -$7.00
    NewMidas lost -$36.00

NOW, this hand happened my very next button and is the one I'm interested in. Does AQ become a 4-bet for value with the quick little dynamic we've established?

I think this is thin. However, it can't be too bad.
If villain is tilty/spewy at all, he could easily stick it in here with worse.
I've seen shit as bad as A6o and 65s.

Also, If you are ever 4-bet bluffing, making it $40-45 instead of $50 saves you money and accomplishses the same thing.

i like flatting in position better here but wouldnt hate a 4bet given the dynamic you've created over such a short stretch of hands.
eeevees are not monies yet...they are like baby monies.

    I'd def flat the AQ.

OTB I feel much more inclined not to fourbet unless its straight value against a spew tard pre.

Haha yeah I know. I had quite a few tables going so I didn't have much time to make decisions and I couldn't figure out on the fly what a good size would be since I had never 4-bet a 3-bet that size before. So I figured fuck it, $50 it is.

    Thanks for the replies gang.

I'd flat but I don't mind this given the dynamic and I'm certainly not folding if he shoves.

Id flat AQ and 4bet AK now
Nine to five is how to survive - I ain't trying to survive / I'm trying to live it to the limit and love it a lot //

Can offer RB deals on most sites, PM me.

I'd flat here for sure. He's probably on the level now where he's 3betting you and EXPECTING you to 4bet. As in, he has a hand that he wants to get allin pre with.

If he had a hand like AJs or something, I'd almost expect him to flat it now, as he doesn't want you to blow him off it.
