Default What's a good sample size for reads?

Yesterday I made the permanent move to 5NL with 15 buyins (willing to drop down at ~13 BI). I grinded it for a while and was up about a buyin with a pretty cold wave of cards. Finally on one of my tables i got KK utg and went ahead and did the standard 4x.

The button, who was 12/1/.9 over 150 hands, re raises about 2.5x my original raise. With only a 1% PFR i was pretty sure he had aces, but since i was only 100 BB deep i went ahead and came over the top of him and we got it all in preflop. Sure enough, he had AA

Since in my case i was only 100 BB deep I feel the shove was standard. What if i was 200+ BB deep though? Is there any sample size which gives a fairly reliable read to lay down KK against the nittiest of nits?
