There is not a single line in poker that shows more weakness than open completing the SB and then checkign the flop.

I pot any 2 on any flop in that situation.

A very high percentage you won't have to see a turn much less a river.

As played it's fine I guess.

in ur accounts... confiscating ur funz
    raise PF...
    As played: pot flop
    As played: pot turn
    As played: pot river

You need to pick up the pots that your opponents don't want. As played you can really just put in a minbet on the river because he obviously got no part of it what so ever.

Weren't you playing 2NL and 1$ sng's just a month or two ago?

The point is that most players wouldn't get to the river.

Not that I really need to explain it, but villain open limped 99 on the BTN a few hands previous, and limped AJs in the SB (and checked a Jxx flop) when I first sat at the table. And was calling pretty light. So in this particular situation, I doubt it's a big mistake to check it down. The question was simply about the river bet sizing, that while it got a few laughs (in IRC neway), was really just something I was curious about.

he's going to have to call with more than 50% of his hands post-flop
if he's calling that loose you're not losing value since you have 50% equity against his calling range with king high!
