In general, I would suggest a combination of cutting out some of the worst hands you call raises with and opening up in the cutoff and button when you're folded to. You could probably stand to cut back on some of the hands you're calling raises with in the SB as well.
When I mean cutting back on calling preflop in certain spots, I mean shaving off the worst X% of the time you do it. Suppose for example you like to call raises in the SB with suited 2-gappers. You could cut back a bit by only calling the raise if someone else has already called it as well giving you better implied odds.
The reason I suggest making this type of gradual change to your game is that the worst of these preflop calls are either break even or marginally +EV because of the level you're playing at. As you move up, they will slide into to the marginally -EV range since people won't play as bad, and the worst of them will become considerably -EV.
The main adjustment I think you should make along with calling raises preflop a bit less is to steal more in late position when you're folded to. The range I suggest to players who want to start opening up is the following: any suited ace, any two cards 9 or higher, any pocket pair, any suited connector 54s or higher, and any suited 1-gapper 64s or higher. I explain why stealing blinds is so profitable in more depth in the thread http://www.flopturnriver.com/phpBB2/...01-t66573.html which is geared towards full ring players like yourself.
As far as what to look at in terms of your stats on these two items, your VP$IP/PFR looks like 17/9 with an attempt to steal of 20%. If you could inch that closer to something like 16/12 with an attempt to steal of 30%, it would pay dividends on your win-rate.
Feel free to join us in IRC to talk about poker. There is a sticky in the community forum that shows how to get in there if you don't know already. I even have a video showing how to connect. In any case, keep at it, and good luck.
