Default Flush draw - should I bet or try to get a free card?

What is the correct play here? My inclination is to bet and see if I can take the pot down here.........

I don't play HU, but if I were to take a flop two-way in my games (FR), I wouldn't be looking for a free card, esp if I raised PF. I bet and never fold to a raise (unless it's a push), or I go for a c/r, depending on the villain....

Usually I would bet oop and HU with a draw.

Here villain has a 50BB stack and some shorty donk loves to shove over any continuation bet. So maybe I prefer just checking and wait for villain possible size betting mistake.

well I don't bet/fold to a shove, otherwise our actions are in agreement, not sure about our reasoning though.

Didn't notice stack size at first, I can't fold to a shove either.

wondering where the 3 extra chairs at my 6max table came from
    IMHO...

Cbet as the PFRer, 'cause you might win it right there, esp with a xKx board...

If he raises you, shove as you'll have the necessary pot odds for the FD...

I don't like CR 'cause we lose the potential of folding him out with a cbet... plus, if the turn bricks, we won't have the pot odds to chase the flush and if the turn hits the 3rd diamond, we may not get any more value out of him.
