Default NL 10 - another QQ hand

OK, I know that the raiser could have a bigger pp or a set, but how do you play this? Just call the flop? Even AK with a flush draw could bet here.

    Reads needed.

IIRC, 10NL players only 3bet or call 3bets with AA/KK except for the crazy ones who will play 3bet pots with whatever. Vs one kind, flat flop, fold to turn bet. Vs the crazies, NH.
