Default Just witnessed an amazing maniac streak

If you can believe this the guy was actually 100/0 over 45 hands...limped to every flop or called every preflop raise, even high ones. Then he was calling right to the river and landing ridiculous hands, flushes, straights, etc and stacked off 5 people while I was watching. Tripled his buyin in less than 1/2 an hour.

Hard to argue with the results even though he was playing with literally any two cards. The only leak I saw was that he would bet into the turn and then fold at the turn or river if he didn't have anything. If he raised he had a strong hand.

I didn't tangle with him because I never got a good hand - as soon as I saw this type of play I totally rocked up waiting for a premium hand to bust him out with. Was this the wrong thing to do or would it have been better to loosen up and play the same style?

Don't loosen up...i've ran into a crazy maniac like that before too. You were doing the right thing, you want to trap him. He will probably fold when you show him resistance, that's what happened to me anyways. I couldn't stack him :*(

2+2 will always = 4. Problem is that it may take awhile.

    SOON will always come!
