    Default Two questions about rakeback

1 - Say the rake of a hand was $2 but you lost the hand, do you still recieve rakeback from that hand? Same with say you limp into a pot and fold on the flop but two ppl go all in and rake was high, are u considered part of that rakeback? This is for UB or AB.

2 - Does the extra rake at the BBJ tables go towards rakeback as well?

1 - If you contribute to the pot in any way you receive rakeback from that hand. Some sites have a "dealt" method of calculating rakeback which means you only have to be dealt in to receive credit.

2 - I've never seen this question before or an answer to it, but I'm pretty positive that the extra rake would count.

But how could it? The BBJ goes towards the jackpot - if they took 30% off then the jackpot would be 30% lower.

As long as you were dealt cards and rake was taken on most sites they consider that as you paying rake. Say they took $3 in rake for a full 10 seater table...and everyone was dealt cars...and you folded pre-flop along with 5 other people.

At the end of the hand they take the $3 in rake divided by 10 and treat it like you all paid 30 cents towards rake...therefore you get rakeback on the 30 cents.
