Do not go in there trying to look like you know what you are doing. Your better to ask and look new, since they will also think you are new. Nothing like going in and being treated like some rookie poker player with 200K hands under your belt, and asking the dealer about things others think are common knowledge. Check the ego and ask.
Oh yea, stack your chips in front of you before calling or raising, then slide them all in one motion. TLR's #4 do not string bet, means, Not Saying "I call, and I raise" I can't tell you how many times I seen guys get to draw for cheap because of the dealer pushing back someones chips because they put the call chips out first then started to count the raise.
