No lukie story here. Just wanted to state that since moving to the city (Manhattan of course) in September, I finally joined a gym. Been going to NYSC twice a day, running 3 or 4 miles in morning before work and weights after work and I feel great. I really can't believe I went this long without regularly working out. Those of you who don't regularly work out, please consider doing so. I sleep better and feel about 50% better too.
