Default Flopped top two in 3bet pot facing mini-raise

Villain is 23/10 over 222 hands, no reads.
I already know I fucked up the 3bet. I wanted to make it $26-29, I was playing too many tables on new and fast software I wasn't use to.

    Stacks are:
Button sitting in seat 3 with $326.45 [Dealer]
Hero sitting in seat 4 with $289.50

    Prima Poker skin
    No Limit Holdem Ring game
    Blinds: $1.50/$3
    5 players
    Converter

Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is SB with
2 folds, Button raises to $6, Hero raises to $16, BB folds, Button calls.

    Flop: ($36.5, 2 players)
Hero bets $38, Button raises to $76, Hero...

The only hand we're reasonably afraid of here is JJ. His range is much wider than that, for sure including AJ, AK, and possibly some smaller pairs, aces, and draws. The question to me is whether you get value best by reraising or by calling (and whether to bet or check the turn).

I think most real hands in his range are more likely to continue on the flop, so I think a 3bet is slightly better.
    I run a training site...

    Basically what he said ^

Ii think you see AK and AJ, maybe even A10 or a KX of hearts. It could even be someone fighting your 3bet or just Ax. I wouldn't be too surprised to see k10, but thats such a small portion of his range which is pretty wide that im willing to stack off almost for sure. Im pretty sure i 3bet and look to get it in on now or on a blank turn.

I'm not sure that a 23/10 is raising KT from BU.

No? While i don't think its likely, i wouldn't be too surprised to see it. Its folded to you in the button and you don't raise KT? If you mean because he called a 3bet and hes 23/10 i can see your argument, but again, i wouldn't be too surprised if he called your 3bet with KT after raising it from the button. And Hero accidentally raised so little. It seems unlikely, but maybe hes just being stubborn, and with a 10pfr do you really think k10 is out of his range when its folded to him on the button? I ran like with an 11pfr for a while and i know if it was folded to me on the button i would raise k10, maybe not call a 3bet, but his 3bet was small.

Besides that, im still advocating getting your money is as your far ahead of the vast majority of his range and it seems slim that he has k10/jj here.

It depends how positional he is but when I played 20/10, KT was one of the better hands I raised from the button.

Whether or not he calls a reraise with KT from the button is more open to debate (except it isnt now we've seen results)
