    Default Some (lots) 10NL hands

First real time playing 10NL 6-max. I've mainly played STT SnGs and lately HU SnGs for the last couple months. Mcatdog suggested I should give 6-max ring a go, so gave it a shot. 3-tabled for 30 mins and made some money. Think I got lucky, but interesting how in particular my HU postflop play helped.

Anyway, I thought I'd post a bunch of hands and get some feedback on them. Sorry for posting so many at once, hope you can take the time to look through them.

    Hand 1

I dont like how I played this from the turn onwards. How would you play this hand?

I dunno about this hand. I chase a OESD and on turn FD, but when the flush comes in its so low I dont bet it. I think I need to make a sizable river bet right? Not sure I like much about this hand either.

I like this kind of hand from my HU matches, is it still a decent line in SH ring?

    Hand 10

Hows this line? I use it a bit HU and its usually effective, but can get costly if I'm wrong. I dont have a good reason why I didnt raise PF. Possibly because it would look like a steal and he may 3-bet me and all I have is A7o...

    hand 1: obv. raise river.
    hand 2: standard
    hand 3: fold pre.
hand 4: raise pre. Dont let button limpers in the pot cheap. As played its ok if you dont think he would limp an Ace on the button.
    hand 5: standard.
hand 6: ok. you were getting odds to chase. I bump the river up to $2 here.
hand 7: fold pre. dont open limp, ever. If you want to play a hand, raise it. Also no real need to overbet the pot and bloat it OOP w/ a semi-strong hand.
hand 8: fold pre. DONT OPEN LIMP! as played its spew at these stakes.
hand 9: its fine to limp this behind for now, but when youre more comfortable post flop then i like to raise this. As played, i like the lead out on the flop.
    hand 10: meh...
hand 11: fine. i dont typ. like calling raises w/ hands like KJ, especially OOP. With the other caller its not bad, but you want to avoid putting yourself in too many marginal postflop situations OOP while you are starting out.
    hand 12: meh again...
hand 13: if youre "raising pre to make post flop moves" then make a proper raise. 4xbb + 1 limper. Anyone at this level thats limping into the pot isnt folding for another 3 bbs. That said, just dont get tricky, theres really no need for it at all at microstakes.
hand 14: fold pre. Raise the flop as played.
hand 15: raise to $0.50 pre with the other limper in front. C-bet the flop like everytime here. Bet the turn again and as played fire on the river.
hand 16: OMG QUIT LIMPING AND COMPLETING SHIT HANDS LIKE THIS. As played its fine.

Hand 7 I deliberately overbet the pot trying to look like a bad bluff. Is a Q high flopped flush just not strong enough to try to build a big pot with?

So in general tighten up my starting hands and raise more of them?

Hands like 16, what kind of odds do you need to complete with crap? I've got 5:1 pot odds there, I thought that would make it +EV to complete with ATC?

    hand 7 is probably fine.

J2o just isnt a hand you want to play. I would have to be getting atleast 10:1, maybe more to play such a trash hand.

Ok, thanks for the feedback .

I think I was stuck halfway between HU and non/HU mode where I was playing a lot of weaker hands because I'd play them HU, but then just limping them because...I dunno why.

Tried tightening up and raising more and won another buyin or so. Tended to get a fair number of little pots, instead of the few big pots from whacky hands, but this is all very small samples .
