Did you post the same hands more than once?

In any case, I think most of these are fine.

The KJ hand I would probably just flat call the river, cause I don't see this river raise being a bluff.

The AA hand, I think your turn push is only getting called by a turned flush. I probably go into call down mode on this turn.. but thta could be weak.

First of all, 3 buyins at pretty much any level is Not a "huuuuuge downswing". It's actually pretty standard. Most of your hands look pretty standard, and theres not all that wrong with most of them, so its probably just variance, keep playing, you will get through it.

    Hand 1:
You followed the standard 4xbb+1bb for every limper which is good. I may have even raised more though, at 10nl donks love to see flops with any 2 cards. So i may have raised to .75 or so, otherwise this all seems good and standard.

    Hand 2:
I wouldn't have bet that pot, especially fullpot at 10nl, your on a decent drawing hand and your likely to get at least one caller, so you have to hit one of your 8 outs or so. As played it seemed to work out for you, and the turn seems standard. If you got burned by a rivered flush or QJ don't worry about it, its more of a cooler than anything.

    Hand 3:
I'm not sure i would bet out in hand 3, what is calling you here when you bet out for a fullpot bet? On the river i probably just call his raise, as its obvious he really likes his hand and more than likely has a K or even better.

    Hand 4:
Hand 4 is a repost of Hand 2. See above for advice.

    Hand 5:
Hand 5 is a repost of Hand 1. See above for advice.

    Hand 6:
I would definitely 4 bet it to ~1.35ish preflop. Bet more like 3/4 to fullpot on the flop. I probably bet like ~1.30ish. I don't really like your raise all in on the turn. This may be okay if your holding the ace of clubs, but you don't have a club in your hand. I think i probably call here and hope to get a cheap showdown with no more clubs.

first off, thanks for your help! Im actually about to break even for the day. So its not too bad actually.

About those hands, they were all lost, none won.

In hand six i had a clear read on the villain, and i knew he did not have the flush, so i decided to push. he called and showed TcTd and rivered me.. oh well... just another badbeat story.

Hand1: Good! PF raise is great size.

Hand2: Bet .2 on flop, you don't need a PSB here. As played its fine, though you may be beaten by a higher straight but oh well.

Hand 3: I really like how you go ahead and lead here, most people won't put you on trips if you play it that way. Most people do the check/call crap and try to raise turn or river.

River is read dependant on opponent -- I probably just call his raise as in a limped pot he could be showing up with a FH.

    Hand4/5: repeats

Hand 6, AA: I bet $2, there's a flush draw and the king is a likely action card for villain. As played, just call his raise as he easily has the flush here.

just call river in the KJo hand since it really smells full house. vs almost all players u would only get called by better hands with that crazy AA push. the other hands seem fine to me.

    about the King trips.

I somehow couldn't put him KQ, since he just limped in.

Yeah, well its not even that really. I would still be worried he flopped a boat with k3, or 33, or something similar. The line he takes tells me he loves his hand and probably isn't getting away from it. Usually i would expect a boat from this line, so just call his raise. Even though you have trip Kings with a Jack kicker, your still behind in this spot a lot.

Anyway, i think your biggest mistakes in all these hands were:

    1. Reraising your trip kings when villain clearly loves his hand.
    2. Shoving AA into a flushed board.

It's really not that bad, just keep playing. As for the variance, just keep playing, variance affects everyone, even professionals have losing sessions/losing days/even losing months. Just keep playing and it will work itself out.
