Ive been playing alot of 20 to 30 $ buyins trouble is people seem to be betting hard out almost everyhand i check they bet i bet they raise i raise they re raise how should i play these people as it gets to the point i just dont no wot to do help

Tighten up and be patient. Wait (if you can) for a good hand, then let them do the betting for you.

It'd probably also help a bit to get some reads on them, having an idea of what they're betting and raising with will help your decisions. If they're betting and raising air then you can more frequently continue with medium-strength hands. If somehow they're on a crazy lucky-streak and getting monster hands, you know to get out of the way and wait it out.
