    Default analyze my stats please?

I have been playing for a few years, but just recently starting to take it a bit more seriously. I can't even remember how i found this site, but the articles are some of the most helpful I have found online.
I think I play tight/passive...too tight I think? I play mostly MTT's and SNG's. My bankroll is limiting my play atm to freerolls and play chips. I finish in the "money" a fair amount of the time (especially at the SNG's), but have yet to win a tourney.
Any criticism/comments on these stats is welcome:

    games: 2683
    games won: 8%
    showdowns won: 59%
    flops seen: 25%
win % if flop seen: 31%

    ACTIONS
    Fold: 56.33%
    Bet: 2.16%
    Check 23.8%
    raise 2.2%
    call 14.72%
    re-raise: .81%

    WHERE I FOLD
    Pre-flop: 73.52%
    Flop: 9.98%
    Turn: 3.09%
    River: 1.86%
    No-fold: 11.54%

Thanks in advance for your help

Assuming you're mixing up SNGs and MTTs in these stats? Because they do play differently (you spend a lot longer at full tables in MTTs, for example) and of course the results will differ hugely. 8% wins in SNGs is disappoiting, but if you've actually won 20% of your SNGs and the figure is diluted by MTTs then it's not much use!

The actions list - I'm not sure what it refers to, all possible moves? Even so, 4.4% bet/raise is too small under any circumstances - you need to be more aggressive, though cos I can't really read these figures I don't know by how much.

I think after 2600 tourneys you should really look to scrape together $50 and play some $2 SNGs and MTTs and see how they go. Honestly, if you apply stuff you've learnt from FTR, you'll quickly discover you're better than the average player at these stakes.

Perhaps you should post some hand histories - we're more likely to be able to make suggestions if we see how you (mis)play various hands.

    Default Here are 2 hands

from a tourney earlier today. The first one was the very first hand in a freeroll...the second was from a few minutes later. I would love feedback on how I could have gotten more out of the first one, and even though a fold turned out to be right in the second one, hindsight and all that...did I play it right?

FIRST HAND OF MTT free-roll…usually there is at least one all-in idiot

As Biondino stated, in addition to reading posts here, posting hand histories will help you tremendously.

another thing you will want to do is use the tourney trimmer - http://www.flopturnriver.com/trimmer/tt.php as that will make it easier for us to comment on your hands.

My thoughts on your above hand history are as follows:

hand 1 - I would have bet the turn for two reasons. First, you will get called and/or raised with a large variety of hands (ESPECIALLY in a free roll) so there is no need to slow play here and secondly a raise shows less strength than a check/raise (which you should have at least done after your initial check).

On the river you can bet more. The pot is almost 1,200 chips. I make it 600 to go.

The next two hands are the same but you made a correct fold against all of that action.
Poker is easy, it's winning at poker that's hard.
