I c/r flop, fold to a raise. Why is he betting less than half pot with draws on the board? If called, probably check turn without a post-flop read, but sometimes lead. Another line is call flop, lead turn, fold to a raise, or if you're feeling really ballsy, c/r turn (but I like that least, without a read). There are a lot of weak/tight players at FT 100NL FR, in case you haven't noticed yet. Find them and be a bully.

i think there can definitely be a case made for blockbetting the turn as played, but c/ring the flop or the turn seems bad (e.g. hands we beat aren't calling yada yada cliche cliche)

I actually kinda put him on JJ when i folded, although obviously if that were the only hand i thought he could have that beat me i'd still call due to mathematics.

    Marry Me Cheryl!!!
lead the turn. See if he plays goot.
fold looks a little weak/tight but then saying that opps dont double barrel without hand here do they at these stakes...? (saying that he could put you on AK/AQ too...)
