My first Royal - I hate it!

I made my first royal yesterday and I hate it! On the turn there were only me (in SB) and another left at the 6 handed table. Then the ugly Jack of hearts show up and I hit the royal! However, so does my opponent that I had in a box with my higher heart flush. Anyone else that has had a royal board?

Funny when the nuts is on the board. I have been in all 3 combinations where it may exist now and all in really gives oppontents a chock sometimes. First time was when the board was a nut straight - no flush possibility. First guy went all in and one of the 4 remaining got real pissed (even though it was a tourn). Dumbest player I ever had the oppurtonity to play with.

Second time was also in a tourn wher the table was 222 2 A. 5 players in the hand and I was SB. SInce I fast recognized the fact I went AI. The chip leader behind me throw his hand directly and all other went AI also. An aussie cracked up laughing brutally at the CL.

This royal case however was sick. I had a flush before and was already all in. I have a picture of it at another computer.

Yeah I love shoving on nut boards and I too have gotten folds and or FU's

A bit off topic but on "Poker World" the most low budget, low traffic site I know they don't even call it a Royal Flush.

They just print in the chat box "Monty9 wins with a straight flush to A."

I had to look twice when I hit one a week ago and someone at the table even says after the next hand started
" Hey, wasn't that a Royal Flush?"

That site has the worst players around. It't the only site I know where almost every time I play some one pops into a ring game trying to recruit players for sngs and tourneys.
