I Want To Learn How to Play 7 Card Stud Help!

Ive been playing Holdem for a couple of years now and want to try and learn other games.

Does any1 know a good beginners book on 7 Card Stud?

I don't know any books but if you google "7 card stud strategy" there is some decent advice out there. It's a fun game.

Omaha H/L though is something I just don't understand.

Or play cheap HORSE SnGs on Stars. I had no idea how to play any of those games before, and I just learned by donking off $3.40 at a time playing HORSE

Chip Reese's section on 7Stud in SuperSystem1 may be best place to start - shouldn't be too hard to find online somewhere.
