Something to think about..
An old respected ENA professor was invited to do a speech about effective scheduling of time for small group which consisted of managers from big companies all over the world.
There was not much time for this lecture, but still it was pretty amazing:
Standing infront of this so called elite group, the professor took a look of every person in the audience, and said "We're going to perform a little test".
He took a big jar made of glass and filled it up with dozen rocks each the size of a tennis ball. After there was no room for any more rocks, the professor turns to the audience and asks "Is the jar full?"
The audience quickly answers all at the same time: "YES, LOL!"
After waiting few seconds, the professor asks "LOL U SURE NOOBS?", that being said, he grabbed a bag of gravel and poured it to the glass jar shaking the jar at the same time a bit, so the gravel would fill up the holes which the rocks left in the jar.
The professor asks again: "Is the jar full now?"
The wise audience started to get the grid of this test and one of them answers "prolly not, dawg".
"g00t" said the professor and grabbed a small bucket of sand. He poured it again to the glass jar filling up the holes which the rocks and gravel left there. And asks again: "is teh jAr full!?" -"NOES1!" answers a younger guy from the audience.
"g00t" said professor and as everyone was expecting, he took a bottle of water and and filled the glass jar with it so it sure was full of shyte.
Professor asks: "What's the truth this test teaches to us?"
The brave guy from the audience says: "It shows us that even if our calendars are full of meatings and such, we can still add few more"
"No." said professor. "It's not the answer i'm looking for. The truth is: If we wont put the rocks in there first, we couldn't fill the jar at all."
The adience went dead silent while thinking about this. And the professor continues: "What are these big rocks in your lives? Is it healthy? Family? Friends? Accomplish ur dreams? Study? Do what u like? Relax? Or something else?"
U gotta put the big rocks first in the jar, or otherwise we could fail in everything. If we start filling the jar with sand and gravel, we fill our lives with just meaningless little things and we don't have the time for the rly important things.
Yo, re-evaluate ur schedule, bitch!
