As always, it depends. Unless opp is very aggro, I will tend to bet. Even then, going up against an aggro opp, bet and you might get raised...
Made straight draw (on turn) is not always obvious, especially if you've been betting your draw or just hit a weird draw. I tend to bet a turned straight for value. Get the money in while you're ahead. If there's a FD on board, I bet.
Winning a modest pot >>>> losing a big pot.
Turning a flush depends as well. I tend to bet it, especially if I am suspicious of someone drawing to a higher flush. I am more liable to check it if it's the nut flush and perhaps am facing a very aggro opp, but it's never a bad idea to bet a turned flush (where you're usually ahead).
