    Default To do with expectation:

The one big pot I win when he does happen to have a Q is better then the lots of little pots I can get by betting $3 or whatever.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    UTG ($130.33)
    MP ($102.38)
    Button ($69.70)
    Hero ($99)
    BB ($126.35)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K, T. Hero posts a blind of $0.50.
2 folds, Button calls $1, Hero (poster) completes, BB checks.

    Flop: ($3) Q, J, Q (3 players)
Hero bets $2, BB folds, Button calls $2.

    Turn: ($7) 8 (2 players)
    Hero checks, Button checks.

    River: ($7) 9 (2 players)
    Hero bets all-in $97, Button calls $66.70

    Button shows [Q , 3 ]

and I take the pot with my straight.

Add in the times he has a random T. I think he has Q/T more often than he's slowplaying a boat on both flop and turn, so nh from me. Besides, if he does have a boat you're going to have a hard time getting away on the river against a c/r anyway.
