Default Best way to grind up your bankroll from $200 playing NL?

I want to deposit $200 and try to grind it up so I can safely play $22 SNG's without going bust what do you recommend. SNG's or Cash Games? Any Advice or strategy I would apreciate very much.

Also, what bonus code should I use for that to get the most money out when I deposit (Party Poker).

P.S. I have already deposited twice so I think I can't use some bonuses cause it's not my "inital deposit"

    Thank you

    Marry Me Cheryl!!!
you have probably used all the party bonuses until they do a reload.

With a 200br you probably want to be playin 10nl which you can only do for a certain time on party, so otherwise you are looking for good 10nl tables which can probably be found at paradise, maybe prima.
Some will say stars too, but they seem utterly tight compared to other sites.

Cash is King but if you mainly play SnGs then your bankroll might suffer an education downswing. For SnGs you should play the $5+.50s or thereabouts on PokerStars.

working myself up to FTR fullhouse status while not giving 1 solid piece of advice
from my personal experience, i kept winning enough in cash games just to play in tourneys'/sng's etc...I kept being break even - Once I outlawed tourneys for myself and just stuck to 6max NL, I turned my $100 into 300 over a matter of only 6k hands....all at 10nl - I'm getting ready to move up to 25nl again....For me, I just had to ban myself from tourney's....at least until i get my bankroll right - I think it's more of a crapshoot to play tourneys/sng's while you can make more consistent money playing cash games...The tourneys' sure do offer nice payouts though, when you hit -
