Default Sometimes things just don't work out as planned

Only 6 hands at the table. Learned later the villain was something like 34 / 17 but I don't think it would have mattered. I initially thought about a set but discounted that with his cold call on the turn. Comments.

First, Id raise more preflop with 3 limpers already in the pot. Flop bet seems fine. On the turn after the incredibly weak bets the pot is like $15, your raise seems fine, villain cold-calling would make me a little nervous but I dont know how much you can worry about that with top-two on a fairly harmless board. The pot is about $40 on the river, he pushes and you have about $10 left, so you are getting 5-1 odds on the river call. Readless this is somewhat close, but I cant assume he only does this with a set, the only other thing thats possibe is a straight but nobody with a 4 is staying that long in the pot. Most players with a set would push that turn, I cant imagine he is simply cold calling there with a set. He sees you like your hand and most likely wont get away from it.

    I call this river.

I have tried 2 converters including the one found on FTR. Neither seem to work with hands from Hollywood Poker (a Poker Room derivative). Sorry but if someone knows the "secret" I'll be happy to give it another go.

I'll try to do better in the future Mr. Leg ... j/k ... I will try to clean them up a bit.

By the way, the villain did have a 4 and was chasing.

You can't even call that chasing.... He had nothing on the flop, and a 4 outter that might not have been live on the turn. Mark a note of "fish" by his name. You can't put anyone on a 4 here.

Raising more preflop would have helped get rid of the more speculative hands , still though you made him pay to draw out on you. Anyways, use the FTR card emoticons in these hand histories, it makes them easier to read if the converter isnt working.
