Default Value bet or push?-- 10NL Boss

Typical good 19 hand fishing table.
Effective stacks are 100BB full ring.

    I'm dealt 22 in MP3.

2 limpers when it gets to me, I limp. CO calls, SB completes, BB checks.

    $0.60 pot, 6 players

    Flop is Q52 rainbow.

Checks to me, I bet $0.40.

    CO calls, the rest fold.

    $1.40 pot, 2 players.

Turn is 8h, bringing 2 hearts to the board.

    I bet $1.10. CO calls.

    $3.60 pot
    River is Q (no heart).

What's the best bet here? Value bet (how much?) or push? The action seems like he has a Q with bad kicker-- maybe he bites on a push. Or do you value bet and hope he 3-bets trip Q so you can get him all in?

    Check raise?

If you bet and he doesn't have a Queen he will fold.
If you check and he has a Queen he will bet, and most likely will call your push.
If you check and he has nothing he might bluff.
If you check and he checks behind you wouldn't have won anymore money off of him anyway.

Bet around 1/2 to 3/4 of the pot

Ehh, a checkraise would be a good way to get your stack in, if it werent the river. Simply because you check and he checks behind doesnt mean he wouldnt have called a bet. At microstakes and even higher you will get paid off by more hands than a queen if you bet and there are plenty of hands that will pay off a bet but would check behind if you checked. Id make a value bet here for probably about half the pot, call a push and if he makes a small raise push over that.
