Usually if I don't have anything and get check minraised I just fold. If I have an overpair I three bet every time unless I have something like AA on a 227 rainbow flop in which case I'll call and raise / check raise the turn.

Hand 1 I'd three bet this flop to $35 or so and go from there.

Hand 2, push, I don't give shortstacks much credit and almost any overpair I play like the nuts versus them, let alone AA on a K67 two heart flop.

Either of these could easily be someone testing a medium pocket pair (especially the first one, since most pockets would be overpairs on that flop) or pair to the board. Or either of them could be someone getting cute with a flush draw... I see a lot of min-raising with draws. In both cases, you have the backdoor heart draw (and with the aces, it's the nut draw) so that's a little something extra in your favor. But on both hands I'd think you're probably ahead. I agree with aislephive about your next move on both hands.
