Standard. You want them to remain passive on scary boards when you hold a reverse implied odds hand.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

I'm guessing with a pair on the board, look out possibly he hit a set, trips or holds KJ which means boat. He would have stayed with top pair. for the turn so who knows.

Why just a $2 river bet?

UTG only has like $3 left at this point. Seems like check or push to me at that point.

Thats a big raise preflop, but it looks like you are at a loose table, I typically would raise to 5xBB, but if you think 8x will get atleast a call then its fine. The flop and turn seem fine, but I dont like the river. You bet like 1/6th of the pot here, I cant imagine thats going to get a fold, and if you are betting for value then I would bet more than that, usually around half the pot, $2 is asking for a raise and if you get a push out of UTG its going to be tougher to play. I think checking behind would be ok here, I would either do that or bet enough to put UTG all in, which is about $5ish.

I put him on a flush draw with his check call line and so didn't think I could get that much out of him on the river. Looking back I should've checked or pushed.

Is the huge preflop raise ridiculous? It basically tells more aware players I have AA or KK, but at $10NL people call this with KT, etc.

Would you call a $0.80 preflop raise at $10NL with SCs/lower PP if you knew the guy had AA/KK and most likely couldn't drop?

    Merci

It's fine, if you raise 99 the same way. Don't differentiate between high pockets raises and standard ones.
