Sometimes, I can get lured in my the min bet -- I mean it's "only" 4 cents...but, in this case...I'm assuming I should've gotten out post-flop?

First of all don't post results right away. It effects the advice. Secondly, I think you played it generally fine for this level. Later on you might raise the flop with shown weakness, advantage position, and outs. You should probably fire a second barrell on the turn when checked to as well if you get isolated against the initial min bettor, but that's hard to do, especially against loose players. This is what I would do at mid levels if I felt like they were genuinely weak.

Like I said though your bread and butter at these tables is making hands and pushing hard. You made a fine call on the river in this hand with 15-1+. I think you needed better, but it was only 4¢.
