If your oppoenet has 2 overcards to your 9's he has 6 outs on the turn and the river, which gives him about 25% to beat you, so yes, betting makes sense here. Remeber that even if an overcard hits the turn he may not have this overcard.
When you have two callers and you assume they are both with overcards you are looking at probably 8 (if they share one of the overcards) or maybe 12 outs, even with 12 outs you are about 50%/50%, so again a bet makes sense, especially since you have position.
Regarding the 66 hand, limping or calling a small reraise is good, espcially with a mulitway pot.
AJo is marginal, depends on your read of the player. Most likely you are behind here and folding is not a bad option
