I was playing tight so I had to semi bluf with top cards so I called preflop!

Fold preflop, for a few different reasons.

1.) the blinds in relation to your stack
2.) your cards. dont call a raise with these.

I don't blame you for playing the hand in the first place (as long as you were ONLY going to play it for flush potential), but you made the wrong decision going all-in heads up on the flop. You clearly weren't going to get him to fold, and equally clearly he had a made hand. Because it was just you and him you were only going to double up at best, but you're only going to win 35% of these chases. This will lose you money in all but the shortest of terms (i.e. this hand).

I can justify the bet on the flop to test the waters, but you should have folded to the reraise

If you were late position (on the button, or one away), this hand is playable preflop. You were not.

Being in early position weakens your hand (and A2s is already a weak holding). Definitely fold preflop - don't even try to limp. Further, even if you were in late position (meaning that a limp is ok), if you meet a big raise, let it go.

I agree with most of the other comments about the postflop play. No reason to lose your stack on a draw.

That was your cue to fold. He's not betting half your stack because he'll fold to a minraise.

so you call the raise ok. Its still way to much of your stack imo.
you hit the draw ok.
i still dont make your play. Possibly you have nine live outs. His rerise tells you he has either an overpair or a jack making any pair you might make useless. I would always repeat ALWAYS take the made hand against your draw once you push. You hit 3/4 times in ten. I like the 6/7 odds better. Ill not be happy when you hit but these things have to happen.
Still ill take his AA vs your draw all day long.

My problem with this is UTG you don't know if you'll see a cheap flop or not. I generally don't play Ax(suited or not), but if I do it's in late position when there's already a few limpers and less likelihood of getting raised. Same reason you should rarely limp suited connectors in EP. You're going to waste a lot of chips folding to reraises or calling reraises with dominated hands.

As to the hand: Fold PF. If you limp, fold to the reraise. Check/fold the flop. I might semi-bluff if HU or if it was unraised PF. And definitely fold to flop reraise. He's telling you he has a hand. A good result doesn't make this a good play.
