    Default Newbie to poker tracker

So I finally got PT. And I'm vaguely familiar with how it works. My problem is, how do I use that information against my opponents?

All I can really tell is if they are loose or tight by looking at their VP$IP. But how do I use that information against them?

So, your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to list a bunch of things poker tracker helps you with at the table, and how to best use that information to give you an edge.

    Thanks :]

The stat I use the most is PFR. If somebody has a low PFR less than 5, I'm only going to play with them if I've really got a hand. IF somebody has a PFR greater than 10 though, I'm not going to need a hand all that great to 3-bet them knowing that they often raise without much of a hand. Other than that, I still make most of my decisions based on my own observations about the table instead of by looking at stats. I also use pokertracker somewhat to pick which tables to play at. I stay away from tables where there are a lot of people with stats around 16/9 or so.
