Default SnGs at Pacific vs. SnGs at Pokerstars

Right now I'm playing the $10 dollar 1-table sngs at pacific, and have been doing that for about a month (my whole online career ). But I've heard and read good things about pokerstars (especially here, seems like almost everybody here on FTR play at stars). But the players there arent very good, and the competition is VERY fishy, which is pretty annoying. I think about moving to pokerstars, but I'm not sure wether the competition is too good for me (as im still pretty new to online poker) - I want to improve my game (which I think pokerstars will do more than pacific), but I also want to make some money.

Any opinions? Should I continue playing at pacific, or should I move to stars? (the other good thing is that you can get your HH from stars - thats not possible at pacific, unless you have pokertracker and the special addon to it "Handgrabber")

The competition at lower level stars is still not so goot. OVerall the players are a bit better, and the stacks are bigger which contribute to a different game than at pacific. With bigger stacks, tighter players get rewarded with more time, and more hands to play.

I'm the "tight is right" kind of guy, so sounds like stars will be a better place for me. I think im gonna transfer my BR to stars, just have to wait till my exams are over (btw, exams sucks )

I win regularly at Pacific $10 SNG and PStars $5, but have surrendered too much money on Stars' $10 SNG . Could just be lull in the cards, but I have always found Stars to be tougher -- even the $5 SNG's compared to Pacific's $10 SNG's.
    I'm a know-it-all.

    No, really.

I don't know if this means anything to you, but I'll post it anyway. Until Tuesday, PokerStars has a 20% reload up to $120. So deposit $600 get a $120 bonus. To clear this, you'll need 600 FPP's I think. You get 5 FPP's for each $1 in tournament fees, 3FPP's for .50 in tournament fees. I think you know where I'm going with this.

To get 600 FPP's, you could play in 200 - $5 + .50 SnG's. That would clear the 600 FPP's and your $120, and essentially they would be paying you to play in these SnG's.

Just something someone posted somewhere and I thought I'd put it here.
