Default suggest a counterstrategy to a minimum bet/raise

I play the .01/.02 , .05/.10 and .10/.25 no-limit games at UB and have noticed that people bet or raise the minimum with a great hand.

they will preflop raise the minimum with high pockets pairs, AK, and AQ.
or if they hit a great hand after the flop, they'll bet the minimum.

I've been folding things like top pair to these people, and I've been just about right everytime.

however, I've also been chasing flush draws and open-ended straight draws. I've yet to draw out on any of them though, but they make it worth it to chase.

Thats pretty much been my strategy for it, but is there a better one?
    Does anybody have suggestions?

I bet somewhere between the min bet and the pot if I have something or not and there are no bets before me.

I'd be willing to bet that you’re losing a lot of pots you should win folding TP to a min bet.

That’s playing very passively; you should be playing a lot more aggressively.

Even if your right 75% of the time about them having a great hand, folding is still the wrong move.

Next time someone min bets when you have TPTK, try rasing back to them, bet like 1/2 the pot.

Note: Take my advice for what it's worth; I'm not exactly a great player... Yet... =) ... But someone will correct me if I’m wrong =)

chasing a minraise is good. you will hit, and when you do hit just make sure to fearlessly raise them back to get the full worth out of it. they are dumb, they will call.

and, i wouldn't across the board just fold good hands to minraises. but, if you notice that a certain person has called everything 100 times in a row for an hour, and now they're minraising, that might be a good sign they got the goods.
i betcha that i got something you ain't got, that's called courage, it don't come from no liquor bottle, it ain't scotch
