SnGs vs full tables

I am going through a bit of a dilemma here. Started with 200.00 on PP plus got my $100.00 bonus. Through the month of February, I got down as low as $60.00. I have since gotten back up to a little over $300. Here is my problem. I seem to do pretty well playing SnG's, in fact thats how I got my BR back to 300, playing primarily 10/1 Sng's. But every tim I go to the regular tables, .50/1.00, I get my clock cleaned. I know at first I wasn't very patient, but have been recently, and still get beat up. Should a person have a bit of a different mentality when not playing tournaments? Are SnG's filled with more newb's? Don't know what to think other than stick with the SnG's.

.5/1 limit or NL?

check out -rilla's Bankroll Management post in Holdem Strategies... You are set for 5$/10$ SnGs and .5/1 limit with 300$ but the natural swings of NL .5/1 will destroy your BR in no time.

if you have $200 I would only play the $5 Sngs or the .25/.50 tables.
Once you drop below $100, cash out and play somewhere else because there is no game on party that reasonably supports less than $100 bankroll.

in my experience the sngs on party are fairly easy to beat, but there is more variability compared to other sites due to the blind structures and beginning chip counts.

SnG's and limit are entirely different animals, in my opinion. Maybe you just do better in the tourney environment. I know I do because have a beginning, a middle and an end. They don't seem like a long string of the same old thing. One hand can take you from goat to glory, and others knock themselves out for you. It's a great format. And it sounds to me like it fits your style better than limit.
