    Default Odds

im a decent player but i think one of my main weaknesses is not knowing much about pot odds, implied odds, etc... like, what are the odds of hitting a set with your pp? or hitting a straight on the turn or river with your open-ended straight draw? if anybody could point out a guide where i can see these odds, or just straight up tell me here, it would be much appreciated. I'd get a much better idea of when to fold and when to call that 10 8s that i limped in on, after a 9 J 2 flop... lol

Right here on this site, friend. Check the main page (not the forums) and there's a series of articles including some info on pot odds and implied value, among lots of other stuff.

I believe the odds of making a set on the flop are about 1/10.
