Suppose I hit a monster on the flop in a HU situation. Since I'm a huge favorite to win the hand and there's few chance that my opponent can beat me (only one opponent). What's generally the best way to play it to get the most money out of it.

1. Slowplaying it and hope your opponent does the betting for you.
or
2. Hoping your opponent hit a pretty decent hand and overbet the pot.
or
3. Your Suggestions?

I know many factors like who/how much was raised PF, is he a tight/loose player, is the board coordinated/uncoordinated, do I have position, etc... influence the decision here but I would like to have some kind of guideline on what to do when I hit.
