New setup/signup

The old signup thread was getting cluttered.

This is the setup that I have in mind.

- It's for 9 players, can be extended to 14 if more people want to play.

- Each day there are 2 lynches before night occurs, one after the other.

- Players can vote for multiple people at the same time.

Puts a vote on each of the above, voting thresholds stay the same.

- Mafia get one kill each night.
