Default $300 live tournament: bluff line

Villain has a serious case of MUBS; he has tended to tank-fold every hand he's played when I suspect he had the best hand the majority of the time. In one hand he showed down, he raised preflop with QQ and really slow-rolled a guy who shoved over his cbet (for barely twice his cbet) with KT on T82ss. I had bluffed him previously when he limp-called and folded what he claimed was a pocket pair better than 77 on a J63r board -- I assured him it was a good fold.

I'm in the BB with 110K. SB has me barely covered. UTG has 130K and is generally aggressive but seems to like to limp UTG (he previously showed ATs here, don't think he's limping monsters).

I have in the BB and check.
    Blinds are 1,500/3,000/300
UTG calls, SB calls, Hero checks in BB.

    Flop: (11,700)
SB bets 7,000, I raise to 18,000, UTG folds, SB deliberates as usual and calls

    Turn: (47,700)
    SB checks, Hero???

Thoughts on flop play? Feel like I take it down a lot here. Feel like his betting/continuing range is a lot of 9x type hands and maybe some draws.

I would call the flop lead, then when a diamond rolls off you can shove over a second barrel and he'll fold all but a straight (which you block and will have good equity against), and you could bluff more on various runouts (overcards etc). It's certainly +EV to raise flop, though I think flatting may be a better line. Raising then having utg call or re-raise puts us in a really shitty spot. You put in less chips on the flop and gain more information at the same time. Plus I don't think you are really getting him off any pair+draw type hands now, but you can probably get them to fold later. You won't even be sure about bluffing off on a flush card on turn after raising, but if he fails to barrel one, and gives off timing or any other type of tell, you can be sure he doesn't have it and can represent it yourself. (flush draw makes a lot of sense to flat into someone leading this type of flop so I think your bluffs on later streets would be very credible)

yah I think flatting flop is best; vs. an unknown it's the default line I'd take in this spot. I just had it in my head to raise and bluff this guy a lot.

As played what am I doing on this turn card?

If he tank checks I bet. And if he checks quick Ill check behind

In general think I will check this behind . And reevaluate on river.

If he bets river and I have missed I probably fold on most rivers. If I hit my non heart straight card I probably would call. non heart 7 I fold and a non heart J I don't know what to do on.

If he checks river again (on blank) I wont expect him to have a flush here(maybe hand with a bit SD value). So I would bet big on river.

Check all hands behind if I make a non heart pair hand or a straight with the 4th heart.
