Thoughts on my first game:

-Started out fairly entertaining

-Then it was like yawn in IRC with wuf and ong and later on rilla (rilla's were more entertaining)

-Didn't realize the length of a day was whatever bigred decided it was. Started losing interest

-Some new characters/rules introduced. Amplification of lost interest.

-Unexpected busy weekends. Didn't expect a day to end on Sunday but prob wouldn't have mattered anyway.

-I appreciate all the time bigred puts into this

-I'm not sure if I'll play again but it was fun for awhile.

-Sorry to the wolf team for my inactivity. GL

@Dan: I really dont know which lol. On the one hand, Im mother fucking JKDS and everyone is all like "JKDS is obv villager and anyone that wants to lynch him is sighbad". I went out of my way to look as villagery as possible on days 1-2 and then continued it as best i could later on.

But...on the other hand...I think i was super obv about it on day 3 I made some posts that showed wayyyyyy to much knowledge about the infected's role and ideal strategy and was super forceful about telling ppl about it. Lol terrible strategy. On day 4, i tried to level just in case ppl picked up on it...but obv i was too late. 'messing up' the wolves win condition didnt save me :/

Then as much as i tried...i ended up sounding different at the beginning of day 3 anyway, enough to make tlr switch his thoughts about me up near the middle. fuuuuccckkkkkkkkk.

So idk which lol.

I had fun as a first-time player. It would have been more fun to get beyond day 2, but I did find it amusing that I managed to get both shot and nommed as a regular villager simply because I was paying too much attention. I guess there are pretty low expectations for new players.

The animated gifs today are pretty epic, btw.

Wow can't believe we won this one, I was sure the village was going to pick us all off the last few days.

I think the thread getting so big the first few days actually helped us more than it did the village. With wuf & Ong posting so much stuff and leveling themselves we could hide in the lower content posters. 36hr time limits the first few days would make the game run better imo.

Our plan was basically to hunt down the reanimator letting suspicion pile up on rilla/Gator/JKDS etc etc then finish them off in the last few days. Problem was we ran out of people to throw suspicion on around day 3/4 and rilla was soulreading us, I was going to fake out as the reanimator but my wagon moved too fast.

So yeah a combination of modkills and the village leveling themselves instead of killing the quiet people gave us the win.

I think Bigred enforced time limits perfectly. Days should end on their own volition, not some arbitrary time restraint placed by the mod. They should be enforced once the days are winding down.
