Default 5/5 PLO 150-200bb deep river decision

Live game with bankers and such. No pros on the table.

Im in the blinds with As Ts Kd 5d. limps around to smarter player but not very good one either who opens for 30. I call expecting a lot of calls behind. We are 4 way to the flop 2s 5c 4s. I check and action checks to PFR who bets close to pot 110. I check call and one other player in the CO check calls as well. Turn kc. I check CO checks PFR bets 400 close to pot. I think I haev enough equity here with two pairs and nut flush draw but a dirty gutshot 3 as well. Co folds and river comes 3h. I check he bets 1000 into 1250.

    Call?
    Reasons for folding?

In this case, the opponent is really quite spewey and was the value at our games for the first six months he started playing and picked up Holdem pretty quick and worked on his game quite a bit and is now a decent reg at the games. Given his past spewy nature and the fact that he will pound this spot often and barrell me off a hand on teh river very often, is leadng out 3/4th and folding to a riase better or check fold or check pot all in ( nearly).

Lead/folding is definitely a superior river play imo. But don't lead 3/4 pot more like 1/5 pot.

You need to fold in this spot.
