I've been lurking here for a while and figured it's about time i joined a poker forum. I've been playing on stars a few months now after playing live for a couple years, i'm currently beating 25NL over 200K+ hands and looking to take shots at 50NL soon.

I was wondering if anyone had experience with training sites and/or leakbuster for HEM and how useful these things have been for improving your game.

I just seem to be at a point where i'm struggling with what i should be studying away from the tables, a lot of players i know say the most important thing is just putting in tons of volume at this point. What are your guys thoughts?
