Hey Guys,
I Finally got my laptop, so i can start posting hands. Villain is a super-nit, and I saw him fold a couple other big rivers, his flatcalling range is pretty narrow 66-88 KJ+,AT maybe JJ. i just felt like he was trying to price me out on the turn, but the more I look at it the more stupid i think my Rivershove is here.... he could have been slow-playing and value betting the turn, what do you think?
I feel like your rivershove is never getting called by worse here, and so many draws came through on the river. You may be able to get a stronger Kx hand to fold, like KJ, but they will probably fold to a smaller bet, too.
Villain has f-all here almost always and isn't calling a river bet. If you're going to bet then you should jam, but I don't hate checking behind to get some info on villain.
If villain led the flop I wouldn't bet river as I take that line with tp sometimes hoping missed draws will bluff, but the c/c on the flop followed by the check on the river gives him a hand that won't call a shove. Perhaps you could have got value from worse with a smaller bet though.
I'm the king of bongo, baby I'm the king of bongo bong.
